You’ll learn to understand and honor your needs, develop healthy boundaries, and replace old coping behaviors with conscious emotional regulation.   • This session begins with two private 20 minute, one for each partner, where we’ll explore your individual core wounds, emotional patterns, and coping behaviors. In this space, each of you will gain clarity on your needs, learn how to create healthy boundaries, and identify what personal shifts are needed to foster deeper connection.

    Afterward, we’ll come together for a 60-minute joint session to integrate those insights and address how your communication patterns and attachment styles interact. You’ll learn how to recognize and care for each other’s wounds, communicate your needs with compassion, and support one another’s emotional regulation in real time. Together, we’ll transform reactive cycles into conscious collaboration—helping you rebuild safety, trust, and authentic intimacy.
